I have the honour to report that I have granted to Mrs. E. Tutcher, First Assistant, Belilios Public School, four months' vacation leave on full pay, and with the advice of the Executive Council eight months' leave of ab-

sence on half pay; leave to commence on the 19th, instant.

Satisfactory arrangements have been made for

the discharge of Mrs. Tutcher's duties during her absence.

2. The usual leave certificate is enclosed.

patch No.66 of the 2nd. April 1896 that Mrs. Tutcher has been granted leave of absence before the completion of six years service as she wishes to accompany her husband whose leave
